I ordered a half pound of Gjetost and the worker gave me a sample of Sartori BellaVitano and said it's a popular cheese. It goes perfect with the Gjetost. I love the crunch to it too! I bought mine from a small restaurant named Sun Singer in Champaign, IL. Definitely addictive. I'm not really much of a cheese-eater, but this cheese is the best we've ever eaten. Unfortunately, it is hard to find Sartori Bellavitano around here.
