I work for the MN Turkey Growers Association and I wanted to let you know that our restaurant, Turkey To Go, is the restaurant that serves up the Giant Juicy Turkey Sandwich at the State Fair (across from the Poultry Barn). We heard your concerns (and heard similar comments from others) and have been tweaking our serving process to eliminate excess juice from the sandwich so the bun isn't completely soggy. We hope you will give our sandwich another try as we would hate to lose our spot in your rotation!
